Harvey R. Spiegel
Harvey is a native of Columbus, Georgia. He attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies, graduating in 1975 with a degree in Biology with high distinction. He then continued his education at The University of Michigan Law School, graduating cum laude in 1979.
Harvey began his career defending medical malpractice and product liability suits with a large national firm located in Chicago, Illinois. He moved to Georgia in 1985 when the firm opened a branch office in Atlanta. In 1990, Harvey changed the focus of his practice to representing individuals injured as a result of medical malpractice or defective products.
His background in science and his extensive legal experience handling complex medical malpractice and product liability suits has resulted in maximum recoveries for his clients. He has been involved in numerous cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
Harvey is a member of many professional organizations, including The Atlanta Bar Association, The State Bar of Georgia, The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
